Quality PVC Blind Fabric Manufacturing
All our PVC colour fabrics are 550gsm in weight and are manufactured in 1.5m x 50m rolls. PVC fabric and finishes include both standard matt and gloss, including single or double lacquer coating. The coating technology we use is Dip-coating, where both sides are coated simultaneously, as well as Knife Over Roll process.
Innovative Clear PVC
We also utilise a 500 micron and 750 micron clear PVC for our outdoor blinds. The clear PVC is used as a very practical way to enhance your view via a dual-view window. The clear PVC is available in 2 tints - Charcoal and Smoke.
Durability built-in
The PVC is also waterproof and non-porous, satisfying the client’s needs (on occasion restaurant require complete block out of wind and water). In addition to Water and Stain resistance, some PVC coated fabrics include Fire Retardation, Anti-static and Block-out properties as required in certain applications. Our fabric is deeply impregnated with colour and the pigments utilised are specifically designed to resist fading. UV absorbers are added to all products to transform UV rays into harmless heat energy and stabilisers limit the breakdown of PVC.
