Cool Living manufactures vertical or horizontal Sash Window Screens for top hung, side hung, sash windows and sliding windows, these consist of one sliding and one fixed sash, two horizontal sliding sashes or three horizontal sliding sashes. The window screens provide complete protection from undesirable visitors, whilst allow the flow of cool air through your home.
The Sash Screens can be manufactured with the:

HORIZONTAL SLIDING WINDOW SCREENS
Cool Living manufactures window screens for horizontal sliding windows as well. These window screens are designed for larger openings and use a robust aluminium profile. These horizontal slide window screens can be mounted internally or externally. Enhance the free flow of cool air through your home whilst protecting you from unwanted visitors.

SLIDING WINDOW SCREEN CONFIGURATIONS AVAILABLE
CASSETTE SCREENS
Cool Living also manufactures spring loaded cassette screens. The screen mesh runs in a side channel forming the side frame. When not in use the mesh rolls up into a cassette head box, these screens have no mullion, so full visibility is created through these screens. These screens are ideal for prevention of insects, mosquito and bugs, however not ideal for monkey prevention.

SIDE OR TOP HUNG WINDOW SCREENS
Cool Living manufactures side or top hung screens which are compatible for aluminium or wooden windows. These screens do not have mullions / midrails allowing full visibility through the screens.
These screens can be manufactured using the full range of mesh's:
- PVC Coated Fibre Glass for insects and Monkeys
- PVC Coated Polyester for those more inquisitive animals and pets
- 0.32mm stainless steel mesh for the environments where monkeys are more aggressive
- 0.9 mm stainless steel security mesh, used to keep intruders out of your home
The side or top hung screens can complement top hung, side hung or sash windows.

REMOVABLE PANEL WINDOW SCREENS
Cool Living manufacture an externally mounted removable panel window screen. This type of screen is used in conjunction with vent openings, vertical sash windows or horizontal slide windows. A sub-frame is mounted within the reveal of the window and the full screen in its own frame is secured onto this sub frame with turn buttons. The screen remains ”fixed” in place until the window needs cleaning, at this point the turn buttons are loosened allowing the screen to be “removed”. This screen is mounted externally, avoiding any internal obstruction to your window and allowing the window to be open or closed without the screen being attended to.
